Equipment centralized control

Calais Port 2015 design has technology as stakeholder,
both to improve the reliability and performance
of the main equipment and make it easier to use.

The port’s key facilities will be able to be supervised and controlled remotely, from the operations coordination center (for link-span for vehicles for example, but also public lighting and dynamic signage) or from maintenance supervision (high-voltage loop, buildings, etc.).

Thus, by combining :

  • the Centralized Technical Management for equipment
  • and the Building Technical Management,

SEPD’s teams will manage the energy and fluid requirements of the port facilities as accurately as possible.
