Spie batignolles TPCI

Spie Batignolles TPCI is a subsidiary of Spie Batignolles Group and occupies with its other subsidiaries Infra Tunnel, Spie Batignolles TMB and Spie Batignolles Technologies, Sotrabas, a central position on the French market of Civil Engineering. Its expertise recognized by the profession, covers the entire cycle life of works from design to completion, redevelopment and renovation. Malet is a roadworks company of Spie batignolles Group and generates a turnover of 250 million euros. Its industrial network and dedicated Research and Development Pole offer complementary skills to its core business, the Civil Works.
The Company develops regularly road infrastructure in France. In 2010, Malet had a 100-year existence.


With over 60 years of business experience in earthworks, Valérian offers expertise to carry out all regional works or linear projects of major importance of different kinds.
In addition to its historical business activities, Valérian has developed skills and know-how in management of complex projects for works contracts, design-build contracts, Public/Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, concession. The Société des Ports du Détroit signed on 13th February 2015
a design and completion contract with a group of construction companies

involving entities such as Bouygues, Spie batignolles, Jan de Nul groups, after a European tender procedure.

On 2nd March 2015, the service order was notified to the representative
of the construction consortium, materializing the launch of Calais Port 2015 works.
